   A Little Oasis On The Beach
  

Here we could get a stick    pretzel and a "Mink" soda for six cents. Owned by Marion and Ray Hyde.    They had a little Fox Terrier named Pat.  He learned to dive with us from the the diving board.  He also would  go under two feet of  water at  the shore  line to retrieve a red  brick.   Pat would bite at the water and bark at the same time to make a very odd sound.
